Amjad Hamza is a development and private sector engagement professional with more than 10 years of experience across humanitarian, recovery, and economic development programming in complex environments. His work has included leading major economic recovery initiatives and supporting diaspora investment efforts through roles with USAID and other organizations. He has worked extensively on partnership development, market-based approaches, and private sector engagement in underserved and challenging markets.

Nasser Youssef is a finance professional with more than 25 years of experience in commercial and private banking, trade finance, and investment advisory across Syria and the United Kingdom. He has managed complex cross-border transactions and worked extensively with diaspora business networks, with a background spanning banking relationships, trade finance, and investment-related advisory.
Zaki Mehchy
Co-Founder
Zaki Mehchy is a Policy Fellow at the London School of Economics and co-founder of the Syrian Center for Policy Research. He brings more than 20 years of experience in socio-economic research and policy analysis and has advised governments, donors, and multilateral institutions on inclusive development, governance, and labor market issues. His work centers on economic insight, strategic research, and policy analysis in support of development, governance, and labor market reform.
