He has worked extensively on partnership development, market-based approaches, and private sector engagement in underserved and challenging markets.

Zaki Mehchy is a Policy Fellow at the London School of Economics and co-founder of the Syrian Center for Policy Research. He brings more than 20 years of experience in socio-economic research and policy analysis and has advised governments, donors, and multilateral institutions on inclusive development, governance, and labor market issues. His work centers on economic insight, strategic research, and policy analysis in support of development, governance, and labor market reform.

Rafah Albareedi is a senior international development and governance leader with 20 years of executive experience across humanitarian response, recovery, and institutional transformation in the MENA region. Her background includes work with the United Nations Development Programme, government institutions, and international organizations, leading strategic initiatives funded by the EU, EIB, KfW, GIZ, and other international partners. She brings deep experience in governance reform, economic recovery, livelihoods, resilience, public sector modernization, and community development across Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Palestine, and Morocco.

Hamza Alghabra is a humanitarian and development professional with extensive experience across the MENA region, specializing in crisis response, partnerships, and policy engagement in fragile and conflict-affected settings. His work has involved managing donor relationships, grants, and compliance across organizations and mechanisms including OCHA, USAID, BMZ, EIDHR, UN agencies, and private foundations, alongside advocacy, stakeholder coordination, humanitarian access analysis, and policy development. He leads the Damascus office, overseeing local engagement and in-country coordination across public, private, and development stakeholders.

Dr. Yahya Dana is an agricultural consultant and researcher with more than 15 years of experience across multiple countries in agricultural project planning, proposal development, sustainable production systems, and agricultural supply chains. His background spans advisory, research, and field leadership roles across the public, private, and development sectors, including the National Agricultural Research Center in Jordan, Action Against Hunger, and USAID-funded projects. He focuses on practical, science-based solutions that strengthen agricultural production, improve market access, and support agribusiness and value chain development.
